Blue

It redefined the definition of blue in my mind's dictionary. It was like a blue sun. My eyes squinted at its exuding radiance. But, it did not have the intimidating intensity of the scorching sun. It had a warm brilliance.

Light danced off its surface like the feet of a ballerina. It sparkled like a fresh blue diamond. But a diamond is tainted with coldness and mirthlessness. This had neither.

It was actually a little like the blue of a peacock's feather. Add to it the blue of the ocean. Add some more of the blue of the sky during daytime. As an afterthought, add the glaze of glass.

No. I give up. It is indescribable.

It was the most brilliant pair of blue eyes I have ever set my eyes on.
